CANCELLATIONS: 

A minimum 48 hours notice is required when rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. If you arrive late, cancel, or reschedule within less than 48 hours of your appointment time, a 20% fee will be charged. 

NO GUESTS PLEASE:

Cosmetic tattooing is a very detailed and focused procedure. In order to minimize distractions, please don't bring guests to your procedure. This includes children, spouses, friends, & pets.

CREDIT CARDS:

A credit card will be placed on file upon booking to secure all appointments. Your card will not be charged unless it is your preferred method of payment when paying for your service, or if there's a violation in our cancellation policy.

TOUCH-UPS:

The first touch up session must be scheduled after 6 weeks following your first session. This enhancement session is crucial for the best results. Additional touch-up appointments may be needed for oily, problematic skin, those with dark pigmented skin and people who do not follow after care instructions properly.

FUTURE TOUCH UPS FOR RETURNING CLIENTS:

Priority booking will always be given to our return clients. If you are a return client and you need a touch up, simply email NOIRESPA88@YAHOO.COM

EXISTING BROW TATTOOS:

We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists' work. If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, we request that you email us (NOIRESPA88@YAHOO.COM) clear photos of your brows for approval BEFORE your appointment booking.

IMPORTANT FOR ALL MICROBLADING CLIENTS:

Microblading is a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) following all Pre & Post Care Instructions are crucial! Pre-Care Instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessing bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.
